The FN Herstal High Power is an excellent expansion to the proven Hi Power lineage. This outstanding Pistol is ready for any task from target shooting to self defense applications. It has one of FN's masterfully crafted cold hammer forged stainless barrels and is given a recessed target crown ensuring that not only is the barrel durable it's accurate. The slide that comes in Black PVC finish that is attractive and protective. The Slide has Blackout Steel Sights that provide a clear identifiable sight picture. The pistol uses a similar form factor to the original Browning design with some reimaging. The beavertail has been extended to prevent the dreaded hammer bight. The pistol ergonomics are outstanding with the aggressive slide serration that prevent slide from slipping while cocking the hand gun and the ambidextrous controls help it conform to any shooter. The capacity has also been increased to 17 rounds and the controls are now fully ambidextrous. Another nice feature is the addition of a rapid take down system removing the need of managing a take down pin.
