Operation of the Taurus G2C 9mm is straightforward, thanks to a striker-fire, double-action trigger system that includes restrike capability. A manual external safety is located conveniently above the thumb for quick manipulation in stressful conditions. The reversible magazine release is also ergonomically positioned for rapid, one-hand mag drops during tactical mag changes. Integrated into the G2C frame is a Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. The carbon steel slide features slide contours that blend with the frame to promote a smooth, snag-free draw and re-holster.
