NO PURCHASE OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS AGED 21 YEARS OR OLDER, WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO OWN A FIREARM.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal U.S. residents of the lower 48 states, aged 21 years or older, who are legally eligible to own a firearm. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and areas outside of the lower 48 states are not eligible to participate. Employees of TheGunDock.com (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses) or members of the same households (related or not) are also not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must engage with one or more social media posts made by TheGunDock on TheGunDock's Facebook page www.facebook.com/thegundock during the week of SHOTShow 2024. Entries will be scanned and tracked by an automated software system. Participants can increase their chances of winning by engaging in the following actions on the posts:

• LIKE
• COMMENT
• SHARE (carries the most weight for entries)

The more social media activity registered, the greater the chances of winning. All entries must be made by 11:59 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 15, 2024.

3. Promotion Period:

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 22, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 5, 2024. The drawing will take place on or after February 5, 2024.

4. Determination of Winner:

The winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Sponsor from all eligible entries collected and counted by an automated software system after February 5, 2024. The details of the prize will be announced prior to the drawing.

5. TRANSFER OF FIREARM:

The prize will be transferred to the winner, to be selected by the sponsor in consultation with the winner. All laws for transfer of firearms must be followed. The transfer shall be conducted through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer and will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering this giveaway, you represent that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of firearms. Sponsor is responsible for shipping expenses to the FFL dealer. However, the winner is responsible for any transfer fees, FFL fees, or other expenses incurred at the point of pickup. If the transfer of the firearm to you is legally prohibited for any reason, or if you are unable to accept the firearm at the FFL dealer, another winner will be selected by another random drawing.

6. GENERAL TERMS:

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. No cash redemption is permitted. No prize substitution is allowed, either in whole or in part, except by the Sponsor in cases of prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by the Sponsor. In such cases, a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the giveaway are final and binding.

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

The winner will be announced on TheGunDock's social media platforms and will be notified either by email or Facebook messenger. To officially claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign a form confirming that they have read, understood, and agree to the rules of the giveaway. This form must be completed before the shipment of the winning item.

8. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

By participating, entrants agree to the following: [a] Adherence to these rules and acceptance of the decisions of TheGunDock.com ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects relating to this giveaway; [b] To release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the giveaway or from their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage; and [c] If a winner, to permit Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, and city and state for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to online, without compensation (unless prohibited by law), and to execute a consent document upon request.

Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: [a] Electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, computer, or other technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including server malfunctions or human error in data collection and processing; [b] Lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries; [c] Graphical or other errors in the advertising or printing of the giveaway or in its administration; [d] Any condition causing the administration, security, or proper play of the giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. In such cases, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the giveaway or award the prize via a random drawing from eligible entries received before the disruption.

Entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor. Internet entry must be made at the authorized website address. In case of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the registered e-mail account. The potential winner may be required to provide evidence of being the authorized account holder. If the Sponsor is unable to contact a randomly-chosen winner after due diligence (two emails and one telephone call, if a phone number is provided) within 3 days of the drawing, the Sponsor may select a new winner, and the initial winner forfeits all claims to the prize and holds the Sponsor blameless. Entrants are responsible for providing a valid e-mail address for contact. The Sponsor, its promotional partners, and other third parties may contact entrants about upcoming promotions, special offers, or other reasons via electronic and ordinary mail.
